The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor. install a new roof system including structural enhancements for roof support to bring the roof system to the current building standards for minimum 150-mph wind load, and to install new window systems to protect all openings, including wind and impact resistant glazing. As an optional line item, window and opening shutters will be priced and reviewed, in lieu of replacing the existing.
