Water Well 4

This project consists of: 1. Drill a test well; 2. Provide test well information; 3. Drill a new well; 4. Finish the new well once all required testing is complete. Provide all casing materials, grout, screen and gravel pack, etc. 5. Install well pump, 25 HP motor, discharge piping and a few valves. Contractor is to disinfect the well and any of the piping installed by the contractor. 6. Owner will install the remaining valves and above ground piping and underground water main and connect to the existing water main. Owner will disinfect water piping. Owner will provide and install insulation for the above ground piping. 7. Site Work Improvements including a water line and minimal initial grading. The owner will provide the gravel access road, any fence changes, final grading and seeding; 8. Electrical Additions and Improvements, both inside the building and outside; and 9. The owner will provide any programming changes to their SCADA system 10. Any/All other work which could be considered incidental to completion of the project.
