2022 Electrical and HVAC Upgrades at Milton Pope School

Project Description: The work consists of replacement of the facility main electrical service to increase system capacity for new HVAC cooling system, that addition of an HVAC cooling system to the facility and conversion of steam boilers to hot water usage. Project scope is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Replace facility electrical service to increase system capacity for new HVAC cooling system. 2. Replace existing electrical panels due to age and lack of capacity. 3. Add electrical circuits and receptacles for additional power in existing classrooms. 4. Provide DX unit ventilators (heating and cooling) in classrooms/workrooms. 5. Provide ductless split air conditioning units in corridors. 6. Provide rooftop cooling/heating units in gymnasium. 7. Convert existing steam boilers to hot water usage. Provide new pumps and piping throughout building.
