HRO North Box Hangar Utility Extensions

The Project consists of the extension of the sanitary sewer and water utility lines to the newly constructed 65' x 60' box hangar. The project includes approximately 300 linear feet of 8" water line and 200 linear feet of 8" Sewer line as well as over 400 linear feet each of water and sewer service lines. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. Within 60 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. The BOONE COUNTY AIRPORT ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the BOONE COUNTY AIRPORT ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond 100% Payment Bond: 100% Completion Date: 45 Calendar Days Liquidated Damage: $500 for each days.
