DRGWQTC Roof Repairs

Description and location of Project: The DRGWQTC Buildings included in this project are: 1. RAS / WAS Building 2. Admin Building 3. Grit Elec. MCC BLDG 11 4. Solids Holding Building 5. Blower Building 6. Short Term Detention Basin Blower Building The principal features of the Work to be performed under this Contract include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Thermal Imaging of roofs slated for repair. 2. Repairs of the existing roof systems including parapets as noted. 3. Cleaning roofs and roof drains of debris. 4. Installation of downspouts. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00 The revised MSD Supplier Diversity Minority and Woman Business Enterprise Program Policy and Procedures Manual (MBE/WBE Program) is effective June 1, 2020. If selected as applicable above, the goals are as follows: 18.0% MBE - African American, 2.0% MBE - Asian-Indian American and 15.0% WBE - Caucasian Female participation respectively required for this project. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest, responsive, responsible bid, subject to the approval of the MSD Board. MSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
