| Description | All work will be done in Buncombe County. Contracts will be awarded using unit pricing that will enable subcontractors to participate in upcoming projects for the following year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are awarding the unit bid to the top two bidders in each trade. Should the first place winner not be able to carry out a job in a timely manner the job may be awarded to the second place bidder. The following trades are being sought: plumbing, electrical, general carpentry and roofing. |
