Description

This project includes all the work required to demolish the former police station on South New Albany Street in Sellersburg, Indiana. The building and parking lot are to be demolished, as indicated by the plans and specifications. The following are to be salvaged: seven (7) rooftop HVAC units, backup generator, the existing bank vault door, and the limestone contained within the South New Albany Street face of the building.
