| Description | The contractor shall prepare a proposal, and upon award, shall provide an accurate timeline to complete project and following will perform the install/construction work to completion (turnkey project). The project includes the following work: IHHC to furnish four 4’x8’ lead lined sheet rock. Contract to provide 24” x 40” lead lined window. Contractor to demolition of lead backed wall and glass window. Contractor to install of lead backed wall and glass window. Contractor to furnish lead base window, metal stud framing, and hardware. Contractor to repair floor where removed walls were. Contractor to furnish and install base board. Contractor to dispose of debris at approved EPA disposal location. Contractor to furnish paint, match paint and paint wall/window frame. Finished work/product needs to be pristine and professional. |
