Description

CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/17/2023 4:30 PM PROJECT LOCATION: 1600 S Columbian Way, Seattle, WA 98108 The project includes the resurfacing of an existing synthetic turf field, installation of an updated shock attenuation system, new field markings (soccer, ultimate frisbee, rugby and baseball), replacement and addition of rubberized track surfacing, associated concrete curbs and concrete pads, field underdrain pipe repair, field utility covers, construction erosion control, construction fencing, lawn restoration, and tree protection. A/E ESTIMATE: $1,911,701.00 QUESTIONS: Deadline for Contractor questions regarding this Park Development project shall be submitted by close of business on Wednesday, May 17th, 2023, to the Parks project manager via email at jonathan.pagan@seattle.gov.
