Furnishing all labor, equipment, devices and materials and performing all work required to modernize HVAC systems. The work to be performed involves the following principal features: Upgrade air handling systems, modify/upgrade electrical systems to accommodate HVAC modifications, erect penthouse fan room. Capable sources are sought to replace the HVAC systems and erect penthouse at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome Research Site, Rome, NY. The anticipated period of performance is 300 days. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, devices and materials and performing all work required to modernize HVAC systems. The work to be performed involves the following principal features: Upgrade air handling systems, modify/upgrade electrical systems to accommodate HVAC modifications, erect penthouse fan room. The contractor’s performance will be based on the Contracting Officer’s (CO) evaluation and Contracting Officer’s designated Representative (COR) The evaluation of results will be based on COR performance assessment, tenant satisfaction, and customer complaints. Final results of the evaluations will be the determining factor for the success or failure of this contract. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, and local laws and commercial standards.
