Install .060 EPDM fully adhered to insulation to the entire roof area, flash all penetrations, vertical walls, drains, etc., inspecting all downspout outlets and replace/repair as necessary including clean up and disposal of all debris. Bidders are responsible for the inspection of this site to determine the necessary work to install the new roof, inspect the downspout outlets and replace/repair as necessary. |
