| Description | The replacement of the existing trapezoid panel Standing Seam Metal Roof (SSMR) with new Batten Panel SSMR to include all trim metals (transitions, flashings, fascias, rakes, caps, soffits, sealants, gutters, and downspouts). The roof work also includes the removal and reinstallation of all Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment and vents required for new roof installation, and replacement of the lightning protection system. Additionally, the work shall included the regrading of the ground surrounding the exterior of the facility as well as a number of improvements to the exterior of the facility, such as; repairing mortar joints, replacing damaged bricks, removal and replacement of all existing building number signs, and repairing weeps. |
