Description

The project is for the replacement of two existing water-cooled chillers in the penthouse of the building with two new (300 ton) air-cooled chillers. The new chillers will be installed on new steel dunnage on the roof parapet. The work will include demolition of existing piping, electrical etc. to accommodate the tie in of new piping and electrical work for the new chillers. It will also include work in the third floor ceiling to install reinforcement of existing steel members
