Replace HVAC - Sea Gull Village Maintenance

Salisbury University is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to perform the following work at Sea Gull Village, Buildings 1401 & 1403: demolish 16 existing split systems and associated ductwork, piping, air devices, etc., furnish and install 16 new split system units and perform all additional work associated with this as indicated in the specifications. SU-GV-32-24 - Solicitation Number BID/PROPOSAL, PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS SOLICITATION. There are no prevailing wage requirements for this Solicitation. An MBE subcontract participation goal of five percent (5%) percent of the total contract dollar amount has been established for this procurement. The University reserves the right to cancel this RFP, to accept or reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFP, and to waive or permit cure of minor irregularities as its best interests may require.
