Well Plugging - Seminole Canyon State Park and Historic Site

Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) is seeking a qualified Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) licensed Texas Water Well Driller and Pump Installer Contractor to plug and eliminate one (1) abandoned water well located at Seminole Canyon State Historic Park located in Val Verde County, Texas. All requests, questions, or other communications about this Solicitation shall be made in writing to TPWD's Purchasing Department, addressed to the following person: Christina M. The intent of this project is to have the contractor evaluate and provide a quote outlining the approved method per the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR), Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), or any other required agency to plug and eliminate one (1) abandoned Edwards Aquifer water well. The Contractor shall provide an approved method and identify the method along with materials needed to complete the project and all work necessary based on the provided specifications plus any additional required services not outlined so as to completely and safely plug and eliminate this well.
