Seeking a qualified Architect-Engineering (AE) firm to provide Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 620-20-207 Fisher House Site Prep. The objective of this acquisition is for the planning, design and construction management for the specified site preparation, as well as planning and coordination required for future construction of a Fisher House at the Montrose VA Medical Center.
