Work includes the installation of Landscaping and Construction of a Parking Lot, Restroom Building and Splash Pad decking. All Contractors must be licensed on the day of the bid submittal. All bidders shall conform to the requirements of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Law for Contractors. There shall be only one (1) bid submitted per State Contractors License. Bidder s license number shall be indicated on the bid form. Every request for interpretation shall be addressed to the Architect, and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to date fixed for opening of bids Question Deadline 10/05/2023
