Description 1. Contractor is to paint to match existing in all repairs, including but not limited to spalling concrete repairs, roof overhang repairs fascia`s and graffiti damaged walls. 2. Contractor is to clean up all debris at that end of the day to avoid accidents. Including all broken concrete repairs and or replacement. 3. All new fill to fix erosion shall be lime rock washed clean fill, and shall be compacted to within 6" from all standing surfaces, so that there is no excessive drop in levels. 4. All new defective electrical fixtures to be replaced with new fixtures to match existing, if possible. 5. All stains on the building surfaces shall be pressure cleaned. 6. All torn insect vinyl screens or aluminum screens on the roof eaves that need repair, shall be removed and replaced with new metal insect screen continuous panels. 7. All cracks shall be filled with sika cement. 8. Remove all existing plywood covering the A/C openings and replace with oversized durarock panels, attached with a minimum of 8 - 1/4;" tap-con screws 1-1/2;" long. 9. All spalling concrete shall expose the existing reinforcement, wire brushed and a rust paint applied, and then re sealed with SIKA concrete. 10. All new poured concrete shall be installed with 3000 PSI strength and wire mesh. 11. Contractor shall follow the inspection report of CVR consultants. 12. Contractor shall concentrate on the items marked with a C (Contractor).
