Providing a Continuous Signaling Electronic Monitoring System for Atlantic County Department of Public Safety

To select a contractor who will provide the lease of equipment for a reliable continuous signaling electronic monitoring system using the latest technologies. The contractor shall be able to provide; A. Radio Frequency (RF) electronic monitoring system and; B. Global Positioning Systems (GPS) monitoring system that can track an offender’s location in the community in real time when the participant is away from home and have the ability to use RF capabilities when the offender is home (or assigned location). C. The proposed type of electronic monitoring/tracking system shall be multi-integrated to primarily track an offender’s movements, monitor, check, and verify that offenders remain at home or comply with a schedule during specified time periods. The system shall automatically check and report violations of exclusionary zone violations, curfew schedules, equipment status, and other functions deemed appropriate by the contracting agency.
