Description

Question Submission Close Date 6/16/2022 4:00 PM MDT Davis County Government ("the County") needs to replace the existing North Fork of Holmes Creek, Fairfield Road crossing, which currently has two existing 5.5' x 4' Arch CMP's are failing, and desires to replace the two existing Arch CMPs with a 12 x 4 concrete box culvert (the "Project"). Layton City is also interested in adding a sidewalk to the east side of the crossing. A separate schedule for bid will be required for that work. The proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be organized sequentially to address each of the requirements set forth in the subsections directly below (Failure to comply with the sequential organization requirement or failure to satisfy one or more of the proposal submission requirements directly below may result in the rejection of a provider's submitted proposal). The Contractor shall provide and furnish all general contractor duties, work, cost, supplies, materials, equipment, tools, labor, sub-contractors, insurance, salaries, and all other expenses related to the Project that satisfies the plans and specifications attached hereto as Exhibit D and incorporated herein by this reference. Construction on the Project must commence and be completed this year sometime between September and December. The Project can start as soon as the Weber Davis Irrigation line is turned off for the season. Questions and Deadline for Questions.
