Effluent Pump 4 Replacement

Scope of work: Provide new US Titan Vertical hollow shaft motor with anti-reversing ratchet assemblies, single speed VFD rated motors. Provide field service to remove and dispose of old effluent pump and motor. Provide field service to install new effluent pump and motor. Provide start up service and vibration analysis. Ensure proper operation of pump and motor by testing pump and motor performance by hydraulic institute standards. Pump must fit back in same location without modification to the header or structure. The existing pump shall remain online until the new pump is ready to install however existing pump may be pulled to confirm measurements then reinstalled. Provide new effluent pump for position 4, capable of handling the original design conditions and specifications at Lower Berkeley Wastewater Treatment Plant. Current Pump is a Verti-line. The model number is 18LM1100AE, serial number is 116666.
