**As of January 26, 2023, the project was awarded to Leavitt & Starck for $41,186,874.78. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Questions are submitted online No 1. 25% of total project hours performed by City residents 2. 15% of subcontracted work performed by local Subcontractors 3. 19.03% workforce minority 4. 17.51% workforce female Location: Area bounded by Lapeer Street on the northside; Sycamore Street on the eastside; Ottawa Street on the southside; and Verlinden Street on the westside. Combined sewer separation construction within the City of Lansing's CSO Subarea 015S. The project involves new sanitary sewer and water main installation, along with road reconstruction. The project consists of the following: Installation of approximately 19,000 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer Installation of approximately 1,700 feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer Installation of approximately 600 feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer Installation of approximately 800 feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer Installation of approximately 1,600 feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer Installation of approximately 2,400 feet of 21-inch sanitary sewer Installation of approximately 7,000 feet of 8-inch through 72-inch storm sewer Installation of 130 sanitary manholes Installation of 72 drainage structures Installation of 144 catch basins CIPP Lining of approximately 9,000 feet of sewer Installation of approximately 28,000 feet of 8-inch water main Installation of approximately 2,000 feet of 16-inch water main Installation of approximately 52,000 feet of curb and gutter Installation of approximately 64,000 square feet of sidewalk Installation of approximately 23,000 tons of HMA Final completion- June 12, 2026.
