The City of Meridian, Idaho is seeking Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for the City's Biosolids Dryer Project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) through the United States Department of Treasury. The Biosolids Dryer Project has a maximum budget of $5,000,000 and must be completed and closed out by December 31, 2026. The City of Meridian is soliciting Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for the design and construction of a Biosolids Dryer Project at the Meridian Resource Recovery Facility to be funded through the American Rescue Plan Act known as ARPA. These services shall be funded through the United States Department of Treasury. This project will include a technology and siting evaluation, selection, design and construction services for a biosolids dryer with odor control at the City of Meridian Resource Recovery Facility. This project will be paid for by ARPA state recovery funds and the selected consultant will provide assistance with the grant administration reporting and record keeping requirements. Experience with air permitting will be considered in this RFQ. The ARPA funds have been split into several priority projects including the Biosolids Dryer project.
