Restroom Pavilion and Accessible Trail

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services, and equipment for fabr ication, delivery, and erection of all items of work related to the construction of an approximately 516 square-foot, restroom building and pavilion c onsisting of reinforced-concrete slab-on-grade, brick veneer w/CMUback-up, and steel/wood fram ed roof structure w/asphalt shingle roof system as noted on the contract documents. The exterior finishesof the restroom building shall match the existing civic center building on site, The Scope of Workshall also include construction of a walking trail connecting the existing parking/civic building to the existing amphitheater, existing fire hall on an adjacent site, existing hea lth department on an ad jacent site, and the proposed restroom building/pavilion. The Scope of Work shall also includ e reinforced concrete footings, sitework, concrete and asphalt walks, site utilities, and electrical systems serving the restrooms and pavilion as indicated on the Contract Documents.
