| Description | This is for a TPO Roofing System. 1.Remove all existing membrane roofing and insulation board. 2.Any rusted metal deck will be scrapped and primed and painted, any metal that is not repairable will be replaced. 3.Install new 2” ISO insulation board over all flat roofs and mechanically fasten with plates and screws. 4.Install Versico 60 mil white 20 yr TPO membrane roofing and blind fasten with plates and screws. 5.Install proper boots and curbs around all penetrations. 6.Properly dispose of all debris. 7.10 year non pro-rated leak-proof labor warranty “except for hazardous weather conditions” |
