JCTC Acquire and Improve Parking Lots

Demolition of Buildings located at 106 and 108 East Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky for Jefferson Community and Technical College. Building 106 is a 1 ½ story concrete frame building with a partial basement and former mechanical penthouse. Building 108 is an annex and connected to Building 106 and is a CMU framed structure with bar joist ceiling structure and slab on grade. As part of the project, contractor shall cut and cap plumbing and sanitary utilities where they enter the site and Utilities within the Building will be demolished
