| Description | The fertilizer shall be new and made during the current production year. Any item omitted which is clearly necessary for satisfactory performance of the fertilizer shall be considered a part of the bid, even though not directly specified. All fertilizer furnished shall be new and unused and shall meet the minimum requirements contained herein. The specifications provided are from Koch Agronomic Services, Harrell’s LLC, and Precision Labs. The City would prefer that vendors bid the brand specified, however if an alternate brand is bid, vendors must submit a complete and detailed list of specifications of the alternate brand |
