Capital School District Middle Schools Audio Visual Systems Project involves providing Audio Visual Systems for the new approx. 235,000 sq.ft. Interconnected Middle Schools currently under construction This is a construction management project. Bids are to be for the following contract: B-22: Audio Visual Systems Attention is called to construction schedule as detailed in the Bid Documents. Owner: Capital School District, 198 Commerce Way, Dover, Delaware 19904. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract and will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in consideration of this award. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. The Owner may extend the time and place for the opening of the bids from that described in the advertisement, with not less than two calendar days notice by certified delivery, facsimile machine or other electronic means to those bidders receiving plans.
