I-85 Corporate Park Future Lot 4 Grading

The proposed Work is generally described as follows: I-85 Corporate Park Future Lot 4 Grading Remove material stockpiled on the southern end of Egger Parkway, transport the material to a location on the western side of Egger Parkway, and place the material in a manner that will allow future development to occur. Contractors must be licensed contractors with either Highway or Unclassified license in the State of North Carolina, prior to being awarded this contract. The period for ending question shall be January 23, 2024 at noon. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond. Bid security in an amount of 5% of the Bidders maximum Bid must accompany each Bid.
