Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all operations necessary to reconstruct one block of Lomax Street and the Five Points Intersection. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete, asphalt removal, drainage removal, roadway construction, concrete pavement, drainage construction, brick paver sidewalks, curb gutter, lighting construction, utility adjustments, sodding, dewatering, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, pollution abatement and all other related work
