Lexington Self Storage - Phase 3

Plans call for the construction of a 73,000 square foot self-storage facility. This will be constructed in 4 phases. Scope of phase 4 has not been established. Phase 1 includes the construction of 1 self storage buildings consisting of 10,000 square feet and construction is underway. As of February 24, 2023, the general contractor, Hamilton Builders LLC has all subs lined up. Construction is anticipated to start in 2024.
