Gravette Old ALE Building Remodel

A brief description of the project is as follows: Interior and exterior renovation of an approximately 2,500 SF existing wood framed building. Upon completion the building will serve as a large flexible classroom with a new kitchen, group instruction area, and private assessment/tutoring rooms. Scope of work includes but is not limited to; site concrete, landscaping, utility work, interior and exterior demolition, masonry, rough carpentry, fiber cement siding, millwork, spray foam and batt insulation, standing seam metal roofing, aluminum storefront, vinyl windows, doors, frames & hardware, drywall and metal stud framing, acoustical tile ceilings, porcelain tile, carpet, specialties, signage, Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical.
