| Description | SEALED Bids must be submitted as a lump sum bid that includes cost for labor, report prep, and then 30 samples. A unit cost could be provided for each sample above 30. Please also provide the name of the lab performing the testing. Please deliver sealed bids to the address above. All responses should be marked sealed bid, Responsive bidder(s) must include a copy of Asbestos Inspector license(s) through the Illinois Department of Public Health along with a Certificate of Insurance naming Madison County Community Development as additionally insured. Responsive bidder(s) will be sent a tabulation of bids received. Bids will be reviewed and the contractor selected will be notified within three (3) days.
