Principal components of the project include the following: CLEARING AND GRUBBING 54 TREES REMOVE BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT 9,988 SY EXCAVATION - COMMON 3,626 CY AGGREGATE BASE CLASS 5 4,308 TON BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT 2,183 TON SANITARY SEWER STRUCTURES 9 EACH STORM SEWER STRUCTURES 21 EACH 8" PVC SANITARY SEWER 2,088 LF 12" - 30" RCP STORM SEWER 1,620 LF 6" - 8" DIP WATERMAIN 2,561 LF 6" - 8" WATERMAIN VALVES 18 EACH DIP FITTINGS 2,400 LB HYDRANT 7 EACH CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER 4,822 LF CONCRETE WALK 25,000 SF CONCRETE DRIVEWAY PAVEMENT 613 SY If a paper bid is submitted, the Contractor must purchase paper or digital copies of the Bidding Documents by one of the methods specified above. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash deposit, or bid bond, made payable to the City of Anoka, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
