Putnam County Sanitation Office Building Project

The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from General and Building Contractors for the Building construction of a new office building for the Putnam County Sanitation Department. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. Putnam County complies with all federal statutes relating to non-discrimination. Putnam County is an equal opportunity employer. Failure to follow the Bid Protest procedures prescribed by the Putnam County Purchasing Ordinance shall constitute a waiver of your protest and any resulting claims. CONTRACTOR shall pay all license fees and royalties and assume all costs incident to the use in the performance of the Work or the incorporation in the Work, of any invention, design, process, product or device which is the subject of patent rights or copyrights held by others.
