Lecture Center - Pedestrian Bridges

Repair and rehabilitate two pedestrian bridges that lead from the Lecture Center to two adjacent buildings to the north and south. The scope of work for the project includes removal of existing polycarbonate covers which are in poor condition and replacement with a modern, weather tight glazing system. Work also includes removal and replacement of interior and exterior = finishes, interior and exterior lighting and baseboard fin tube heating. There is minor hazardous materials abatement included in the work.
