Description

Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissions of Yellowstone County is currently requesting bid from interested parties for all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for abatement of asbestos containing material for the former Sheriff's Office building located at 219 North 26th Street, Billings, MT 59101. Questions concerning the procedure for submitting bids may be addressed to James Matteson via email or by Phone: 406-256-2717. Questions regarding specifications may be addressed to Mark Oliver via email or by Phone: 406-245-7766. Bids received by this time and date will be opened and acknowledged in the Commissioner's Board Room, 3rd Floor - Room 3108, Stillwater Building, located at 316 North 26th Street, at 9:30 a.m. March 7th, 2023. Bids submitted or delivered that are time and date stamped later than 5:00 P.M. March 6th, 2023 will not be opened. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the bid that best serves the interests of Yellowstone County.
