Therapeutic Recreation Center

To engage a contractor (“CMAR” or “Contractor”) to provide construction management at-risk services for the modernization of the Therapeutic Recreation Center (“Project”), located at 3030 G Street SE, Washington, DCThe scope of work for the Project (“Scope of Work”) will be divided into two phases: (i) Preconstruction Phase; and (ii) the Construction Phase. The Project scope generally includes all services necessary to complete the demolition of existing building, and construction of a new Therapeutic Recreation Center that will include enhanced amenities such as a therapeutic pool, locker rooms, family changing rooms, gym, fitness center, activity rooms, library, technology lounge, dining and kitchen, functional space, senior center, site features and improvements.. The Department anticipates that the Project will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 will include razing of the existing recreation center facility, and Phase 2 will include completion of the new Therapeutic Recreation Center facility and site work.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
