Oakleaf Commerce Center-Buildings 1, 2, & 3

The project consists of Building 1 (32,100 sf at grade shell warehouse), Building 2 (50,833 sf dock height shell warehouse) and Building 3 (58,933 sf dock height shell warehouse) located on an approximately 13 acre site. All buildings will be constructed of load bearing tilt-up concrete wall panels, interior steel columns, bar joist & metal deck, insulated tpo roof, storefront, canopies, stairs & railings, dock doors and painted exterior . Plumbing, electrical, fire protection, sitework and landscaping will also be part of the scope of work.
