Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services for LMR Tower Replacement (5 Sites)

The contractor will provide labor, travel, permits/application fees, mobilization costs and tools for technicians to travel to each of the respective sites to perform a site condition assessment to gather information to complete construction packages for 5 separate Land Mobile Radio (LMR) sites located in Winterhaven, CA (Araz-Winterhaven), Cactus City, CA (Cactus City), Warroad, MN (Warroad), East Cameron, TX (Abney) & Republic, WA (Klondike). During the site condition assessments, the contractor will be required to perform a site survey, geotechnical investigation, and data collection to facilitate production of a construction package for each site. Site survey will be used for the purpose of developing a scope for the construction package that will be used to bid the replacement of the tower system and infrastructure of the existing owned or leased Customs and Border Protection (CBP) properties for each of the 5 LMR tower sites. The construction package must show the proposed site layout and any recommendations based upon information gathered to replace the tower, shelter, primary and/or backup power at each site per table below. The construction packages must be signed, sealed and dated by a registered professional engineer in the state in which the tower resides.
