| Description | This project involves the installation by horizontal directional drill (HDD) of a 6-inch HDPE force main under Wormley Creek near the entrance to the York River and the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in York County, Virginia. Services provided by the Contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the furnishing of all materials, equipment, labor, tools, excavation, clearing, grading, restoration, and testing necessary to install the new force main (FM) and abandon the existing FM in accordance with the Bidding and Contract Documents. Substantial Completion of the project shall include the successful installation and testing of the HDD portion of the new force main. |
