Description

Demolish porch and steps to front door of unit. Remove and dispose of debris • Frame for installation of new concrete steps and porches. Size will be in accordance with standard of the other units in building, including number of steps • Pour and finish concrete. • Re-Install existing Railings. • Work hours established – Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. • No trash will be placed in a HACP dumpster
