It is a small business set-aside restricted solely to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). All responsible SDVOSBs may submit an offer. Offers from non-SDVOSBs will not be considered for an award under this solicitation. The estimated price range for this acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Block 25 on Page 2 of the SF 1442 shall read: Other Than Full and Open Competition pursuant to [X] 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5) AND 15 U.S.C. 637(a).
