RFP D/B - Snowmobile Trail Bridge Design Build and Installation - Cloverdale

Clark County, herein referred to as "County", is seeking an experienced and qualified firm or company, herein referred to as "Contractor", to provide professional services to successfully complete a snowmobile trail bridge design build and installation. Bridge design shall be the responsibility of the bidding contractor or bridge supplier. Design shall be in accordance with AASHTO specification, all current interims and the following criteria. A. 40 x 12 clear span steel truss bridge with no piers or pilings. B. Design weight load of 25,000lbs. C. Double Decked approaches on galvanized sill pans. D. MCA Decking: #1 Southern Yellow Pine (.40 ACQ). Treated and pre-stained. E. Site preparation F. Abutments 6 G. Riprap H. Labor I. Equipment Rental J. Other: Shipping. K. Engineered drawings with State Seal of Wisconsin. Deadline for receipt of questions. October 28 , 2022 Contractor selected November 8, 2022 Final project completion. June 15, 2023 The County may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject any and all, or parts of any and all submittals to the RFP's, re-advertise this RFP, postpone or cancel at any time this RFP process or waive any irregularities in this RFP as it deems to be in the best interest of the Clark County.
