Description | Summit County Government is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to conduct shoulder installation and repairs along approximately 300 - 350 lineal feet of the Dillon Dam Road Recreational Pathway. In 2018, the Open Space and Trails Department (OST) identified roughly twenty-two (22) locations between the Frisco town boundary and the eastern intersection of Dillon Dam Road in need of repair where the soft surface recovery zone (shoulder) is badly eroded or absent. These sections of Recpath are grade separated, paralleling Dillon Dam Road, and intersecting the access roads to Heaton Bay Campground and the Giberson Day Use Area. In 2019, three segments in sections 10 and 11 The emphasis of this 2022 project is to finish the repairs and/or installation work in the remaining sections along the Recpath (see Attachment A - Section Map). OST has identified four priority sections (must be completed this year) and three non-priority sections (depending on budget, could be completed this year). The work should be completed no later than November 1, 2022. Thursday, September 1, 2022 Deadline for all Questions. Questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. MST/MDT.
