Description | The project is located on the island of Lake Havasu City. The project consists of demolition and removing and replacing the existing Site 6 Boat Ramp and Seawall. The proposed concrete boat ramp will be constructed into Lake Havasu with a shallower slope. The project also consists of reconstructing the existing wall on the southeast portion of the ramp. Concrete construction will be cast-in-place which will require a coffer dam for inwater work. The Project has been Permitted by the Corps of Engineers Permit Number SPL-2022-00666. All work within the OHWL must be accomplished during the seasonal Low Water being reported as approximately October through February. All questions that arise relating to this solicitation shall be directed in writing to purchasing@lhcaz.gov with a copy to engineeringinfo@lhcaz.gov. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the Project Number and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on a form to be obtained from the specifications and a complete Invitation for Bid returned along with the offer no later than the time and date cited.
