Traffic Signs - Aluminum blank traffic signs shall conform to ASTM: designation B 209 Alloy GS-11A-T6 (5052-H38) and coated with a 1200 allodine finish Steel Post - Steel flanged channel bar posts shall be rolled from standard carbon steel rails meeting the requirements of ASTM Designation A4999 of from high strength low alloy structure steel meeting the requirements of ASTM Designation A572. The minimum tensile strength shall be 80,000 psi and yield strength of 50,000 psi. Flanged channel bar [post to be provided with holes end to end, shall be painted weather resistant high quality dark green enamel. Square Post Systems - Include one (1) post, one (1) anchor and one (1) 5/16" x 2¼ " corner bolt and jam nut. The fasteners shall be manufactured of corrosion resistant material or be plated in accordance with ASTM A153 class D or ASTM B633 electro zinc finish. Holes shall be 7/16 inches, +/-1/64 inch in diameter on one inch centers on all four (4) sides down the entire length of the post.
