Description

You are invited to bid on the new construction of a Cobblestone Hotel. BriMark Builders is the General Contractor with its principal office located at 980 American Dr., Neenah, WI. Reference the 'Divisions and Scopes' pages to ensures clarification of subcontractor's scope of work and if BriMark Builders will be supplying any materials and for which division. All proposals must account for the scope of work as described on the 'Divisions and Scopes' pages. It is the awarded bidder's responsibility to produce all necessary permits, designs, and shop drawings. It is the responsibility of the awarded bidder to perform all work to all relevant building codes, specifications, and manufactures recommendations.
