This project includes the repair and replacement of existing parking surfaces,sidewalks,&replacing the existing facility monument sign with a new lighted sign that meets guard standards.The interior upfits include reactivating a kitchen for guard use only (not for public use),reconfiguration of restrooms and selective floorplan changes.Additionally, upgrades to the plumbing, HVAC, fire indication and electrical systems will occur.Exterior finishes & soffits will be improved.
