Existing Outfalls 001, 002, and 003 shall be consolidated into a new Outfall 001. Existing Outfalls 004 and 005 shall be consolidated into a new Outfall 002. Existing Outfall 010G shall be closed. All other outfalls shall be repaired. Additional site work will include storm drainage improvements and site paving. Magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Construction/contract completion time is 12 months after notice to proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 237110. The small business size standard is $39.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 1 August 2022, 9:00 am (ET).
